New Delhi: The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has declared the results of both the CS Professional and CS Executive June 2026 examinations on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
The Professional Programme result was announced at 11 AM, while the Executive Programme result was released at 2 PM. Candidates can now check their results and download their marks statements through the official ICSI website.
Khushi Agarwal and Sania Sameer Khan Jointly Secure Rank 1
In the CS Professional Programme under Syllabus 2022, Khushi Agarwal and Sania Sameer Khan jointly secured All India Rank 1 in the June 2026 examination.
According to ICSI’s official list of toppers, the leading candidates are:
- Rank 1 – Khushi Agarwal
- Rank 1 – Sania Sameer Khan
- Rank 2 – Vidushi Garg
- Rank 3 – Harkiran Kaur
The official ICSI topper document confirms that Khushi Agarwal and Sania Sameer Khan share the first position in the Professional Programme.
The Institute has also released the All India Provisional Merit List for candidates who cleared all papers in one sitting without claiming exemption in any paper.
CS Executive Result Also Declared
The CS Executive Programme June 2026 result, which was scheduled for 2 PM on Tuesday, has now also been officially announced.
Candidates who appeared for the Executive Programme examination can access their results and electronic marks statements through ICSI’s result portal. The Institute’s official result page now shows both the Professional and Executive Programme results as “ANNOUNCED.”
Vidhi Suthar Tops CS Executive Programme
ICSI has also released the topper list for the Executive Programme under Syllabus 2022.
The top three rank holders are:
- Rank 1 – Vidhi Suthar
- Rank 2 – Ishani Pramod Ahire
- Rank 3 – Piya Bankim Merchant
Vidhi Suthar secured the top position with roll number 227137, according to the official ICSI topper list.
The results mark an important milestone for thousands of candidates pursuing the Company Secretary qualification across India.

Candidates can check their Professional or Executive Programme results by visiting the official ICSI website.

- Open the Examination Results – June 2026 section.

- Enter the required roll number and registration details.
- Submit the information.
- View and download the result or marks statement.

Marks Statements Available to Candidates
Candidates can access their subject-wise marks after the declaration of results.
For the Executive Programme, the formal e-Result-cum-Marks Statement is made available electronically for candidates to download and retain for their records.
Professional Programme candidates can also access their results online, while the Institute follows its prescribed procedure regarding Result-cum-Marks Statements.
Candidates should carefully verify information including their name, roll number, registration number, subject-wise marks and result status after downloading the document.

Candidates who want their examination marks verified can also apply through ICSI’s Verification of Marks facility.
