India Secure First World Cup Win
The Indian women’s hockey team produced a dominant performance on Tuesday, defeating South Africa 6-1 in their second Pool D match at the FIH Women’s Hockey World Cup 2026 in Amstelveen.
The victory gave India their first win of the tournament after their opening 2-2 draw against China and significantly strengthened their position in the race for the next round.
