To give digital form to Mahakumbh 2025, Google has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Prayagraj Mela Authority at Prayagraj Parade Ground in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday. After this initiative of Yogi, we will be able to see the digital map of Sangam city, every person will be able to see every activity and event on his smartphone. The big thing is that this is the first time in the history of the company that this facility is being made available for a temporary city. Regarding this agreement, the Chief Minister said that “Prayagraj Mela Authority has an MoU with Google to realize the Prime Minister’s vision of Digital Kumbh. We will be able to see the digital map of Sangam city, every person will be able to easily see every activity and event on his smartphone.”
Navigation facility will be available for Mahakumbh
According to the information, Siddharth Singh, the company’s policy head on behalf of Google and Principal Secretary Amrit Abhijat on behalf of Prayagraj Mela Authority signed this MoU. Under this agreement, Google will provide a navigation facility for the Maha Kumbh Mela which is going to be set up in 4000 hectares. Meanwhile, after distributing kits and jackets to the volunteers, sweepers and boatmen who are called the backbone of the organization of Maha Kumbh, the Chief Minister said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi had given a message in the last Kumbh through washing the feet of these sweepers that the foundation of a truly clean Kumbh is actually these sweepers who should be respected.”

The Prime Minister will inaugurate the projects of Kumbh
The Chief Minister said that after February 26, we will come here again to welcome you (cleaners). He further said that “Kumbh can also become a symbol of cleanliness, security and grandeur. Every person coming through Kumbh can feel relaxed and experience immense spiritual peace, this scene was seen in the Kumbh of 2019.” Chief Minister Yogi further said that “Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to Prayagraj in the second week of December. The Prime Minister will inaugurate Kumbh projects worth more than Rs 6500 crore.”
