It has been revealed that Rohingyas and Bangladeshis are living illegally in Yogi’s state. In fact, there is news of about two lakh Bangladeshis living in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. According to the information, most of the Rohingyas and Bangladeshis are living illegally in slums on vacant plots in the city. In this way, about 7335 slums (Rohingya camps in) have come to light in the initial investigation of the Municipal Corporation. Bangladeshi infiltrators are living in these slums. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the Mayor said that “If Bangladeshis and Rohingyas are not stopped in time, then in future they will become a threat to the city. That is why the Municipal Corporation has started identity card verification in the slums. The Bangladeshis and Rohingyas found in the investigation will soon be taken out with the help of the administration.”

Addressing the press, the mayor said that “On Sunday, Bangladeshis attacked the municipal corporation team in zone seven. Now a survey of empty plots is going on there. Its report will be sent to the minister in charge and the DM. After this, Bangladeshis and Rohingyas will be driven out with the help of the administration.” On this, the mayor said that “Three decades ago some Bangladeshis came to the city (Rohingya camps in). Now their number has reached about two lakh. These people clean during the day and steal at night.”

Meanwhile, the mayor said that “Their name came up in the bank robbery in Chinhat. These people are a threat to democracy. Their fake voter cards are being made.” The mayor also said that “In a survey conducted by the Municipal Corporation in all the eight zones of the city, it has been found that there are more than 7335 illegal slums on empty plots. More than two lakh people are living in them. An investigation is being conducted to find out how many Bangladeshis and Rohingyas are living here in the name of Assamese.” Kharkwal Mayor said that “If birth certificates have been issued to Bangladeshis by the Municipal Corporation on the basis of hut number, then it is being investigated. Action will be taken against whoever is found guilty in this. How water and electricity connections were given in the huts will
also be investigated.”

According to the information, taking the matter seriously, Municipal Commissioner Indrajit Singh said that “Cross checking of the IDs found with the people living in the slums is being done.” More attention is being paid to the Aadhaar card and it is being found out when and how their Aadhaar was made. And which documents were used to make it. If needed, the records will be verified from the concerned states too.”
