Assembly elections are to be held in Delhi. The date of the assembly elections is going to be announced soon. The elections are probably to be held in February. Seeing the election enthusiasm, Aam Aadmi Party convenor and former Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal launched a scathing attack on the BJP in a press conference. Taking the BJP to task, Kejriwal said (Kejriwal Statement) that “BJP does not have any Chief Ministerial face in Delhi yet, nor any vision as to what work they will do in Delhi? They have not done any work in the last 10 years. Therefore, BJP wants to contest these elections only by abusing the Aam Aadmi Party. We are telling people what work we have done in the last 10 years? What work will we do in the coming 5 years. Vote for us on the basis of our work. People now have to decide whether to vote on the basis of work or work on the basis of abuses.” Kejriwal hit back at BJP and said that “The central government has not yet fulfilled its promises. They only abuse the Aam Aadmi Party, they do not count any work.”
Kejriwal said (Kejriwal Statement) that we are giving more than 20000 liters of water free every month.
Meanwhile, speaking on the problem of increased water bills, Arvind Kejriwal said (Kejriwal Statement) that “We are giving more than 20000 liters of water free every month to every family in Delhi. Water bills of about 12 lakh people used to be zero, but after I went to jail, I don’t know what the central government has done that people have started getting water bills of lakhs of rupees. I want to assure such people that their problem will be solved. Water bills will be waived. They should stop paying water bills from now onwards. We will waive the bills when we come to power again. This is my guarantee to the people.”

Kejriwal took Congress to task (Kejriwal Statement)
Attacking Congress and BJP, Arvind Kejriwal (Kejriwal Statement) said that “These two parties should now declare that they are fighting the elections together, there is an alliance between BJP and Congress. Both are fighting against Aam Aadmi Party. It is not right to make this alliance secretly. Even the public has stopped taking Congress seriously.” Let us tell you that in view of the Delhi Assembly elections, all other parties including BJP and Aam Aadmi Party have started preparing for the elections. Aam Aadmi Party has also released the list of its 70 candidates.
