In California, a small plane crashed on Thursday afternoon. In the accident, 2 people were killed, while 15 people were injured. The accident occurred about 2 p.m. near Fullerton Municipal Airport where it had crashed into a warehouse. The collision ignited a fire in the aircraft that made the situation worse.

People in the building got injured

The place where the accident took place is 25 miles southeast of Los Angeles. The building, to which the plane crashed, was the furniture manufacturing company building. The police stated that there were workers inside the building at the time of the mishap. At least 18 people were hurt, few of them seriously. All the injured were taken straight to the hospital.

An investigation into the crash is ongoing

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the crashed plane was an RV-10. The National Transportation Safety Board is investigating the cause of the crash. However, it is not yet clear why the plane crashed.
