According to the report, when there is an increase in white matter lesions of the brain, there is an increased risk of stroke, dementia, disability and cognitive decline. According to this study, the elderly who do not have the problem of dementia should consume green tea daily to reduce the white matter lesion of the brain. A research conducted by the Graduate School of Medical Sciences of the University of Japan has also revealed that drinking three or more glasses of green tea daily can benefit brain health.
