In Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh, a case has been registered against 10 Congress leaders including the National Women’s President Alka Lamba.

This case has been registered against Alka Lamba by the same girl who has registered a case against Churah MLA Hansraj. In this complaint lodged in Teesa police station, the girl has alleged that the National Women’s President of Congress Alka Lamba, Dildar Ali, Narendra Kumar, Yashwant Khanna, Sharif Mohammad, Yakub, Jamaat Ali, Lekhraj, Veer Singh are defaming her by spreading misleading information against her.
Complaint and Investigation
The girl, who reached the police station with her father, has alleged in the complaint given to the police that all the people have defamed me by misusing my name, religion and my family’s name. Because of them, my social reputation has suffered a lot and I am facing mental agony. The police have started an investigation on the basis of the complaint. Since this complaint of the girl, there has been a stir in the politics of Himachal Pradesh. Congress is trying to give religious color to the issue of molestation
Withdrawl
Let us tell you that this girl had lodged a police case against BJP MLA Hansraj of Churah. In which the MLA was accused of molestation. However, later the girl withdrew her complaint. The girl had said that the complaint was based on misunderstanding. Therefore, she withdrew the complaint by giving her statement in front of the police and the judge.
But, even after withdrawing that complaint, Congress leaders are using her name and that case wrongly for their own selfish interests. Also, they are trying to give it a religious color to fulfill their political interests. Due to this, I am facing a lot of defamation. Along with giving the complaint, the girl has demanded action from the police as soon as possible. Chamba SP Abhishek Yadav told the media that the girl has reached the Teesa police station and lodged a complaint.
The police are investigating the matter on the basis of the complaint, action will be taken as soon as possible.
