PM Modi’s Thunderous Message: ‘No Tolerance for Terror, No Talks Under Nuke Threat’

On 12th May at 8 PM, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation with a strong and emotional message. This speech was very important for the civilians as it gave them a sense of surety and hope. Modi talked about Operation Sindoor that was conducted , praised the army and condemned the families who lost their loved ones.

In his speech, the Prime Minister began by remembering the brave soldiers and innocent civilians who lost their lives in recent terror attacks. He expressed deep sorrow over the loss and said that every drop of their blood will be avenged. He emphasized that India will not stay silent and stand against  of violence. The nation will respond with full force especially after terrorism targeted the civilians. He then spoke about the government’s decision to launch a strong counter-terror operation. He said that India cannot sit quietly when terrorism is being openly supported across the border. He made it clear that the country’s patience should not be mistaken for weakness. The Prime Minister talked about how the government decided to take strong action against terrorism. He said that India can’t just stay silent when another country is clearly helping terrorists who want to attack us. He made it clear that just because India has been patient doesn’t mean it’s weak. Then, he told everyone that the Indian army carried out a special mission where they found and destroyed the places called terrorist camps where those attacks were being planned. He also said the operation was done very carefully so that no innocent people were hurt. It was a bold and smart step to protect the country.

The mission was called Operation Sindoor and was led by two brave women : Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Colonel Sophia Qureshi. Modi further mentioned that the days of India asking for peace while facing bullets are over. He said dialogue can happen only when the atmosphere is peaceful and respectful. His words reflected frustration and strength at the same time. He wanted to send a message not only to the people of India but also to those who are responsible for spreading violence and instability in the region.
