A new turn has come in the development journey of Uttar Pradesh. Prime Minister Narendra Modi lauded the development work being carried out in the state. The Prime Minister appreciated the role of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and his team in this new saga of development of UP. Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaking at an event in Varanasi. He inaugurated development projects worth Rs 6700 crore. During this, he expressed his satisfaction over the development of UP. The Prime Minister said that he feels satisfied when he sees the progress of Varanasi.
The Prime Minister praised Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and said that this new wave of development is visible in many areas of Uttar Pradesh. Cities are being rejuvenated, basic facilities are reaching villages, and new opportunities are being created for the youth. This is the result of the government’s efforts. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Dinesh Sharma were present on the occasion. He said that the progress of Uttar Pradesh is the result of the efforts of this entire team. This team is constantly working for the development of the state.
Development of Varanasi
Prime Minister Modi paid special attention to the development of Varanasi. “It is his dream that Kashi becomes a city where development and heritage go hand in hand. New roads are being built in Varanasi, ghats are being beautified, and modern facilities are being added.” The Prime Minister recalled that “til a few years ago, the situation in Varanasi was very different. The city was craving development. But now the situation has changed. New projects are changing the picture of the city. In his speech, the Prime Minister also targeted the opposition parties. He accused the Congress and the Samajwadi Party of practicing dynastic politics and appeasement politics.”
The development of Varanasi has never been a priority for these parties. The Prime Minister said that “dynastic people do not give opportunities to the youth. That is why they want to bring one lakh such youth into politics whose families have no connection with politics. He encouraged the youth to do so.”All this is happening in the middle of the by-elections in Uttar Pradesh. By-elections to nine assembly seats in the state are scheduled for November 13.
In such a situation, the prime minister’s speech is considered very important. The BJP wants to strengthen its position in these by-elections. This appreciation of the Prime Minister can also be a way of putting the work of the state government in front of the public. This shows that the central and state governments are working together.
