The level of protein was highest in beverage mixes
The important thing to note is that the highest carbohydrate content was found in drinks. Let us tell you that it was from 35 to 95 grams in 100 grams. According to the Telegraph report, the protein level was highest in the beverage mixes studied with an average of 15.8 grams of protein per 100 grams. Idli mix stood second with an average of 12.2 grams of protein per 100 grams. Apart from this, ready-to-eat extruded snacks made from potato, soy, corn or wheat had the highest average level of fat, which was 28 grams per 100 grams.
