The candidates created a ruckus in front of the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (PSC Protest). Actually, the commission had announced the dates of the exams for PCS Pre and Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer on Tuesday. In which the dates of 7 and 8 December were announced for the PCS Pre exam and 22 and 23 December for the Review Officer and Assistant Review Officer Pre exam. This exam will be held in two shifts in 41 districts of the state. The first shift of the exam will be from 9:30 am to 11:30 am and the second shift will be from 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. Then what, the candidates have started a movement in front of the UP Public Service Commission in protest against the decision to conduct it on different dates.
Police lathicharge to stop the candidates (PSC Protest)
According to the news, after the announcement of the dates of the exams, the candidates started protesting against conducting the exam in two days. There is anger among the candidates citing that conducting the examination in two days by the commission is against the rules. Candidates say that “in the notification, the commission did not mention that the examination will be conducted in two days. Their demand is that the examination should be conducted in a single day like before. Another student said that if the commission does not change its decision of conducting the examination in two days, then the competitive students will be forced to protest(PSC Protest).” Meanwhile, there is also talk of a tussle between the police and the candidates. Amidst the increasing tussle, the police also had to use mild force.

BJP does not recruit but deceives – Akhilesh Yadav
Seeing the matter escalating, politics has also started on this. The Samajwadi Party, desperate to further its political interests, has jumped into the matter. In fact, the party’s president and former chief minister of the state Akhilesh Yadav, while supporting the candidates demanding the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission to conduct the RO-ARO and PCS preliminary exams on the same date, said on Sunday that “Samajwadi party are standing with the candidates for their legitimate demands.” Putting his point further, Akhilesh Yadav said that the BJP does not recruit but cheats. And when one cheat is caught, the BJP brings another cheat.
