On the occasion of the inauguration of Hindu Seva Mahotsav organized by Hindu Adhyatmik Seva Sanstha in Pune, RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat said that “Coming to the question of devotion. There should be a Ram temple there and in fact it has happened. It is a place of devotion for Hindus.” During this, the RSS chief warned against creating division. He said that new issues should not be raised every day for contempt and enmity. What is the solution here? We should show the world that we can live in harmony, so we should experiment a little in our country.”
Urged to bring unity and harmony in the country
After inaugurating the Hindu Seva Mahotsav, Mohan Bhagwat elaborated on the diverse culture of India and said that “there are ideologies of different sects and communities in our country.” Describing Hinduism as an eternal religion, Mohan Bhagwat said that “the acharyas of this eternal and Sanatan Dharma follow ‘Seva Dharma’ or the religion of humanity.” Overall, the RSS chief has urged not to raise divisive issues to create enmity in the country and to bring unity and harmony in the country. Not only this, he also highlighted the importance of Ram temple in Ayodhya as a symbol of Hindu devotion.
Service is described as the essence of Sanatan Dharma
This Hindu Seva Mahotsav, organized at the college ground of Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, will run till December 22. Let us tell you that in this festival, along with information about Hindu culture and rituals, various social service works done by temples, religious organizations and monasteries across Maharashtra are displayed. Addressing the audience during this, Mohan Bhagwat described service as the essence of Sanatan Dharma, which is beyond religious and social boundaries. He urged people to adopt service not for identity but for the pure desire to give something to the society.

Meanwhile, the RSS chief also emphasized that “Service should be done humbly without any desire for publicity.” Advocating a balanced approach, he emphasised the need to adopt service according to the needs of the country and time. Acknowledging the importance of life, he reminded people to always give back to society through acts of service.
