As all the political parties in Maharashtra have geared up given the assembly elections to be held on November 20. The big thing is that after one, all the parties have also started releasing the list of their candidates. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to bring the Thackeray brothers together just before the elections so that the Marathi votes are not polarized. Bal Nandgaonkar, a leader of Raj Thackeray’s party, Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), claims that he is trying to unite the two brothers. In a way, he has taken the initiative to bring the two together, which can further strengthen the family.
Will try to bring Uddhav and Raj Thackeray together
MNS leader Bala Nandgaonkar said, “If he gets a chance, he will try to bring Uddhav and Raj Thackeray together. On bringing Raj and Uddhav together, he said, “This is not the first time; an initiative has been taken to bring them together, and I will continue to do so in the future. Not only this, Nandgaonkar also said that he is a soldier of MNS but also the late Shiv Sena founder Bal Thackeray. Bal Nandgaonkar is the MNS candidate from the Sewri assembly constituency in Mumbai.
MNS has announced candidates for more than 50 seats
Let us tell you that when Bala Nandgaonkar defeated Chhagan Bhujbal in the 1990s, he was called ‘Giant Killer’. Meanwhile, Chhagan Bhujbal quit the Shiv Sena and joined the Congress. About 10 years later, due to the rift between Raj Thackeray and Uddhav Thackeray, Nandgaonkar himself said that the Shiv Sena was not welcomed. However, it is important to note that Raj Thackeray’s MNS has so far announced candidates for more than 50 seats out of 288 seats. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see whether Nandgaonkar succeeds in bringing the two brothers together.
