The materials that are required for the installation are earthen pot or copper kalash, Holy water (Ganga jal or clean water), Mango leaves, Areca nut, Coconut, Red cloth, Roli and Mauli (Kalava), Rice and vermilion, Saptadanya (seven kinds of grains), Durva grass.
Method of Installation:
- The choice of location: First of all, choose a clean place for the installation of the urn. The place of worship should be holy, and there should be no negative energy. There should not be any disturbance near the place of worship.
