Election Commission declared all the claims of Congress as false and said this big thing

Election Commission

After the results of Maharashtra and Haryana assembly elections, Congress had raised many questions on the Election Commission (Election Commission of India). The Election Commission was accused of showing wrong voting. Apart from this, it was also accused of benefiting BJP by inflating the voting. Not only this, Congress had named 50 such seats in Maharashtra, where it claimed to have added 50 thousand voters from July to November. After all this, now the Election Commission has rejected all the claims of Congress by handing over a 66-page reply to Congress after investigating each seat. The Election Commission said that “Congress’s complaint of adding 50 thousand voters in 50 assembly seats of Maharashtra from July to November is factually incorrect. This has not happened. We have checked the details of each seat. 50 thousand voters have definitely been added from July to November. But these were added only in 6 assembly seats.”

Change in voter turnout is impossible

Not only this, Congress had also claimed that “Despite the voting being less, it is being shown more. Changes are being made in voter turnout. Suddenly more voting is being shown.” Giving proof of this, Congress had said that “After voting at 6 pm, the voting turnout is shown differently and later on, voting is deliberately shown to be increased by 4 to 5 percent.” Responding to this, the Election Commission said that “It is impossible to change voter turnout. Because the polling percentage data is recorded in Form 17C with the candidates’ agent at the time of voting. If Congress wants, it can match that data.”

No irregularities were found in the counting

The Congress had claimed a change in voter turnout and the addition of 50 thousand votes in 50 assembly seats of Maharashtra from July to November. They said that “BJP-led Mahayuti won the election in 47 of these 50 seats because there was manipulation in voting.” But now the Election Commission has answered all the claims one by one. Earlier, the Congress had also raised questions on EVMs, to which the Election Commission had replied. The Chief Election Commissioner of Maharashtra had said that “1440 VVPAT slips were counted for all 288 assembly seats in the state. No irregularities were found in the counting of EVM and VVPAT slips. That is, all the EVMs were correct.”
