Actually, a victim from Jaunpur had filed a petition in the Consumer Commission. The youth had told in his petition that “to get a child after marriage, he had taken treatment from the famous Dr. Arvind Gupta of Prayagraj in Phoenix Hospital for 14 years. Dr. Arvind Gupta is a professor of nephrology at Motilal Nehru Medical College in Prayagraj and he also practices in many institutions including Phoenix Hospital.
Due to side effects, the possibility of the victim becoming a father has ended
Well, in the meantime, during the treatment, he gave many hormone injections to the victim. In this way, time passed and the relief was not worth a penny. In this way, when there was no result even after treatment, the victim contacted another doctor. Then the investigation of the second doctor made it clear that the victim has suffered a huge loss due to the treatment of Dr. Arvind Gupta. Due to the side effects of his treatment, the possibility of the victim becoming a father has ended.

State Consumer Commission imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh (Doctor fined 10 lakh)
Hearing this case, the presiding officer of the State Consumer Commission imposed a fine of Rs 10 lakh on Dr. Arvind Gupta (Doctor fined 10 lakh) Along with the fine, an order was given to pay 25 thousand rupees for expenses during the case. Not only this, the entire amount was ordered to be given to the victim within 30 days with nine percent interest. Along with this, a fine of one lakh rupees was also imposed on the private hospital for getting treatment from a government doctor.
