Children were sent home first in a hurry
According to the information received, a bomb threat email was received at 7 am on December 9 to a total of 40 school managements including DPS of RK Puram, Mother Mary School of Paschim Vihar, GD Goenka School. It is worth noting that by this time most of the children had reached their school. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, the children were sent home in a hurry. Then the local police and fire department were immediately informed. As soon as the information was received, the police and fire brigade teams reached the spot and started the investigation.
The private school received a threatening email
It is important to note that some time ago also a bomb threat email was received by a private school in Rohini, Delhi. After this, a team of Delhi Fire Department reached the school campus for investigation and the threat was found to be a rumour. Well, like every matter, politics has started on this matter too. Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal took a dig at Union Home Minister Amit Shah and said that “Delhi people have never seen such a bad state of law and order in Delhi before. Amit Shah should come and answer the people of Delhi.“:

Threats have been given before this as well
Delhi Police is taking the bomb threat seriously because a day before the threat to the Rohini school, a low intensity explosion had taken place in the Prashant Vihar area. Not only this, before this, an explosion had also taken place near the CRPF school in Rohini, Delhi. Two such explosions have taken place in Delhi within two months. This is the reason why questions are being raised on the security system. Well, bomb threats have been received at Indira Gandhi International Airport and flights as well. But all the threats proved to be mere rumours during investigation.
