Two idols of Bondarpara temple were vandalized

According to the information received, miscreants have vandalized eight idols of three Hindu temples in Mymensingh and Dinajpur of Bangladesh within two days. This information was given in a news on Friday. According to the Daily Star newspaper, police have arrested a person in connection with the vandalism of a temple. Three idols of two temples were vandalized on Thursday and Friday morning in Halwaghat sub-district of Mymensingh. Regarding the above incident, Abul Khair, officer-in-charge of Halwaghat police station, said that “miscreants vandalized two idols of Bondarpara temple located in Shakui union of Halwaghat in the early hours of Friday.” He said that “no case has been registered in this incident yet and no arrest has been made.”

 Allaluddin confessed his crime during interrogation

 Let us tell you that the criminals vandalized the temples in the early hours of Thursday. In another incident, an idol was vandalized in Polashkand Kali temple in Beldora union of Halwaghat. However, on Friday, the police arrested a 27-year-old man from Polashkand village on the basis of alleged involvement. Meanwhile, the station in-charge said that “the arrested Allaluddin confessed his crime during interrogation.” Well, Polashkund Kali Temple Committee president Suwash Chandra Sarkar had lodged a case against unknown persons on Thursday.
