On December 4, the premiere of actor Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2 was held at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad. During this, there was such a rush of fans to get a glimpse of Allu Arjun that a stampede broke out. In this sudden stampede, a 35-year-old woman died and her eight-year-old son was badly injured. At present, the condition of the injured child is stable. The good thing is that his health is improving. Well, after the incident, the local police, based on the complaint received from the family of the deceased woman, registered a case against Allu Arjun, his security team and the management of the cinema under various sections of the Indian Justice Code at Chikkadpalli police station.
Arrest can happen if regular bail is not granted before January 12
Allu Arjun, who was arrested on December 13 in connection with the said incident, appeared in the court of Nampally. The court sent him to 14 days judicial custody. However, soon after he was sent to jail, the Telangana High Court released him from jail on December 14, granting him interim bail for four weeks. Meanwhile, his judicial custody ended on Friday. Now he had to appear before the court as part of further proceedings. Therefore, he appeared in court through video conference. In such a situation, if he does not get regular bail before January 12, then he can be arrested. That is why he has filed an application for regular bail.

The case is to be heard on December 30
Let us tell you that in this stampede incident, accused Allu Arjun appeared in the local court on Friday through video conference. Allu Arjun, named as accused number 11, also filed a petition for regular bail in the court. Which is likely to be heard on December 30. In such a situation, it would not be wrong to say that the sword of arrest is still hanging over Allu Arjun.
