Toyota has launched the all-new Camry in India. The ex-showroom price of the car is Rs 48 lakh. The sedan is available in 6 colours – Cement Grey, Attitude Black, Dark Blue, Emotional Red, Platinum White Pearl and Precious Metal. The car, already available in the international market, has now been introduced for Indian customers. The company has introduced it in a fully loaded single variant.
The new Toyota Camry: Engine and power
The new Toyota Camry is powered by the same 2.5 -litre petrol-hybrid engine that produces 230bhp. The engine is mated to an e-CVT gearbox and gets three drive modes — Eco, Sport and Normal. This hybrid engine has been specially designed for better performance in various weather and road conditions in India. It rivals the likes of BMW and Audi.
