The case is related to the death due to stampede in Hyderabad theater
A case has been registered against Allu Arjun under Section 105 and 118 (1) of the Indian Penal Code. Actually, this case is of 4th December, when a 35-year-old woman (Revathi) died due to a stampede at Sandhya Theater in Hyderabad during the screening of Pushpa 2. Not only this, 2 others were also injured in the stampede. After this incident, the woman’s family had lodged an FIR against the actor and the theater management.

Allu Arjun had reached the theater without informing the police
According to reports, Allu Arjun is accused of reaching the theater without informing the police. Due to which proper security arrangements could not be made. Meanwhile, as soon as people came to know about Allu Arjun reaching the theater, a crowd of people gathered to get a glimpse of him. And within no time the uncontrolled crowd turned into a stampede. Due to which a woman died. After this, the Chikkadpally police took him into custody from his house for questioning and brought him to the police station and then he was produced in the court. According to the information given by the police in this case, the public prosecutor said that “two days ago, 7 people were arrested. Now Allu Arjun has also been taken into remand.”
