According to a recent study by the World Health Organization (WHO), 1 out of every 6 people in the world is affected by the problem of infertility. Its seriousness can be understood from the decreasing fertility rate of many countries including India. Although the problem of infertility can be due to many other reasons, these 5 lifestyle habits play a very important role.

Unnecessary excessive stress

Stress, anxiety is becoming a common problem in today’s times. Worry not only disturbs your mind but also damages your fertility. Often, excessive stress is caused due to hormonal imbalance. Due to which ovulation in women and sperm quality in men can deteriorate.

Addiction to alcohol and cigarettes

Alcohol and cigarettes have become a fashion and status symbol among the youth today. But very few people know that it does not only affect the lungs and liver. It directly affects fertility. Fertility becomes weak due to the consumption of narcotics.

Obesity

According to the NHI report of NHI, 40 percent of the total population of India is obese. In fact, obesity increases the risk of life-threatening diseases like medical conditions diabetes, stroke, heart disease as well as the problem of infertility manifold. In such a situation, it is very difficult for obese men to become fathers.

More than one unprotected sexual relationship

Usually the risk of sexual infection is higher in those people who have physical relations or unprotected relations with more than one partner. Or have unprotected relations. Late family planning

Nowadays people have started marrying late. Obviously, late marriage also delays family planning. With increasing age, the quality of sperm in men starts decreasing. On the other hand, when women try to conceive after 30, the chances of infertility increase to a great extent.
