Rebellion in Congress after defeat in Maharashtra, notice sent to this close aide of Rahul Gandhi

Congress rebellion

After the crushing defeat of the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, the infighting within the Congress party is now coming to the fore. The state of infighting is such that after the defeat, show cause notices are being issued against many Congress leaders one after the other. First the notice was issued to the party candidate, now the party has sought a reply from a close aide of Rahul Gandhi. Seeing this, it can only be said that a situation like civil war has arisen within the Congress party itself.

Notice sent due to allegations of anti-party work

According to media reports, after Nana Patole’s close aide Naseem Khan accused Rahul Gandhi’s close aide Suraj Singh Thakur of doing anti-party work during the elections, the party’s Maharashtra in-charge Chennithala sent a show cause notice to Suraj Singh Thakur. The interesting thing is that while responding to the notice, Suraj Singh Thakur has also hit back at Naseem Khan. In response, he made serious allegations and said that he wanted a candidature from Chandivali seat, the party gave candidature to Naseem Khan who lost the election.

Nana Patole was accused of being an agent of RSS

According to the information, earlier the Maharashtra unit of Congress on Saturday issued a show cause notice to party candidate Bunty Shelke seeking clarification for the comment made against state president Nana Patole on the defeat in the assembly elections. Let us tell you that after losing to the BJP candidate in Nagpur Central assembly constituency, Shelke had accused Patole of being an agent of RSS. After this, Shelke has been warned in the show cause notice to give clarification on his comment in two days or be ready to face suspension from the party for making false allegations against Patole. It is worth noting that in Nagpur Central, BJP candidate Praveen Datke defeated Shelke by a margin of more than 12,000 votes. The big thing is that Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi also did a road show for Shelke during the election campaign.
