Qualification for Assistant Officer (Security)
The candidates applying for these posts of NTPC should have the following educational qualifications:
- Applicants must have Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- They should also have a diploma, advanced diploma or PG diploma in industrial safety.
Age Limit for Assistant Officer (Security)
- The maximum age of the candidate to apply for these posts under NTPC Recruitment 2024 has been fixed at 45 years.
Application Fee for Assistant Officer (Security)
- Candidates belonging to the general, EWS and OBC category will have to pay an application fee of Rs 300.
- SC, ST, PwD, women candidates and ex-servicemen are exempted from payment of application fee.
Salary Package of Assistant Officer (Safety)
- The selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs 30,000 to Rs 1,20,000.
Selection Process for the post of Assistant Officer (Security)
The selection in NTPC will be done through a multi-stage process. This may include shortlisting, written test and computer-based test. The written test will consist of two main parts:
- Subject Knowledge Test (SKT)
- Executive Eligibility Test (EAT)
