After this discovery of IIT Kanpur, Indian soldiers will be able to easily dodge enemy radar

IIT Kanpur

IIT Kanpur has prepared a cloth to protect Indian Army soldiers, planes and drones from enemies, which will not come under the purview of enemy satellite images, infrared cameras, radar, wound sensors and thermal imaging. This material can also deceive satellite images and thermal imaging. Vehicle covers, soldiers’ dress and tents to cover aircraft can be easily prepared from this material. Let us tell you that it is completely indigenous. It is not only indigenous but is also six to seven times cheaper than the cloth available from abroad. Metatattva Company is preparing it.

It can be used to avoid thermal imaging system

MD and CEO of Metatattva Company and former Air Vice Marshal Praveen Bhatt said in this regard that “it can be made available to the army within a year.” This company claims that “it is ready to meet the needs of the army.” Let us tell you that this cloth was displayed in the Defense Startup Exhibition held on the foundation day of IIT Kanpur. In which it was highly appreciated. In this exhibition it was told that “Soldiers and armored vehicles can use this meta material system to avoid enemy radar, motion detecting ground sensors and thermal imaging systems.” The big thing is that it will be effective in defeating many techniques of enemies. Not only this, this metamaterial can be used to avoid thermal imaging systems. It is known that in the year 2019, when the Indian Army was looking for a technology to avoid radar, it came to know about the research of IIT Kanpur.
