Such audacity that the Maulanas who used to invoke the Constitution day and night have started openly flouting the law of the country. Maulanas of All India Muslim Personal Law Board, opposing the amendment in Waqf Act, have given objectionable statements in Bengaluru. In fact, during the 29th session of All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) in Bengaluru, many officials present on the stage allegedly tried to provoke Muslims. During this, adopting a threatening stance on the issue of Waqf Bill, Maulana Abu Talib Rahmani, Syed Tanveer Hashmi and other members said that “now they will not beg from the courts.

We will never compromise with Sharia law

Meanwhile, Rahmani said that “the government will have to withdraw this law. AIMPLB leaders said that “Parliament is theirs but the road is ours.” However, later AIMPLB spokesperson Dr. Syed Qasim Rasool Ilyas said that “Saad humari hai” (the road is ours) means that if we cannot raise our voice in Parliament, we will raise our voice on the roads.” It was also said from the AIMPLB platform that “if the bill is passed despite all efforts, they will put pressure on the central government in every possible way to withdraw the amendments. The spokesperson of AIMPLB said that “The board says in clear words that this is unacceptable to the Muslim community, because they will never compromise with Sharia law.

Let us tell you that from the stage of AIMPLB in Bengaluru, Maulana Rahmani said “Hindu brothers, I want to tell you that this third land broker has come between you and us, what do you think? We have to protect our religion as well as our Hindustan. If the roar of the power system will prevail in democracy, then I also want to say that now we will not beg at the doors of the courts. Now we will say that “If the Parliament is yours, then the road is ours.” Not only this, AIMPLB alleged that “The Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024, has been prepared with the intention of ‘grabbing’ Waqf properties across the country.”
