According to the news, in the meeting held on Sunday, Ajit Pawar and all his MLAs have supported making Devendra Fadnavis the CM. However, there is doubt about Eknath Shinde. Today, leaders of Mahayuti parties Devendra Fadnavis, Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar may go to Delhi, where they may meet Amit Shah and JP Nadda. It is possible that the name of the CM may be decided in this meeting. However, Devendra Fadnavis becoming the Chief Minister is almost certain. The big thing is that Ajit’s group in Mahayuti has no objection to Fadnavis being made the Chief Minister.
Devendra Fadnavis can easily become CM
Let us tell you that BJP alone has got 132 seats in Maharashtra elections. Ajit Pawar’s NCP has 41 seats in its account. The majority figure is 145. In such a situation, if the seats of BJP and NCP are combined, it is much more than the majority figure. Of course, when BJP and NCP are together, Shinde’s party will have to bow down. Even if Shinde withdraws his support, Devendra Fadnavis can easily become CM, it will not have any effect on Mahayuti.

Ajit Pawar may get the finance department along with the deputy CM post
According to sources, the formula of one CM and two deputy CMs may be repeated in Maharashtra. Today, Fadnavis, Shinde and Ajit Pawar may go to Delhi. It is being speculated that if Fadnavis becomes the CM, then Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar may become deputy CMs. Sources close to the party even claim that along with giving Eknath Shinde lucrative departments like deputy CM and urban development minister, 10-12 ministerial posts may come in his party’s quota. So Ajit Pawar may also get the finance department along with the deputy CM post and along with that, about 10 ministerial posts may come in his party’s account. And about 20-22 ministerial posts may come in BJP’s quota.
CM Shinde brought the Ladli Behna Yojana and hence he should get a chance again
On one hand, the Shinde faction believes that Eknath Shinde becoming the CM will benefit in the upcoming BMC elections and other municipal elections, while BJP leaders want that BJP has the maximum number of seats, hence Devendra Fadnavis should be made the CM from the BJP. However, Shinde’s Shiv Sena wants that CM Shinde brought the Ladli Behna Yojana and did good work for two and a half years, hence initially he should get a chance for the CM post again.
