New Job Search Feature on X
Last year, Musk introduced the job hiring feature on X, which allowed employers to post jobs on his platform. Now this feature has been made available to all users, making X a comprehensive job marketplace.
How does this feature work?
This feature works as follows. Such as:
- X – Hiring: This feature is primarily for organisations that are verified on X (Twitter). They can post jobs and search for suitable candidates using this feature.
- ATS integration: X has put together an application tracking system which will provide the data of the candidates to the hiring companies through an XML feed.
- Free for the user: This feature is completely free for users.
- Fees for companies: Companies will have to pay a monthly fee for the X-Hiring feature.
