Soon the land of Lord Krishna’s Leela, Vrindavan, will be the focal point of a fresh attraction. Not only in India but worldwide, the Chandrodaya Temple under construction here will be the highest Hindu temple. 

Starting in 2014, this massive project is supposed to be finished next year. Three times more than the Qutub Minar in Delhi, the Chandrodaya Temple will rise 210 meters. Its foundation is 55 meters deep, deeper than that of Burj Khalifa in Dubai. The temple’s construction is a special fusion of contemporary architecture with Nagara style. This 166-story construction will be pyramid-shaped.
